Ticketing Update

Hi Everyone!  Thank you all so much for your incredible support over the summer, and an amazing turnout at the Meet the Players event last weekend.  Tickets have been selling really well for Saturday’s game and we reckon the atmosphere is going to be immense.  Prior to that, we’d like to share a bit of ticketing info with you:

If you’ve bought your ticket through our online service (for Groups, VIPs, special offers etc) then there is a small backlog in processing these with Planet Ice.  You should receive very soon an email from the Planet Ice Box Office containing your entry tickets which has a barcode which will be scanned to gain you access.  Sometimes this email goes into your Junk or Spam folder so please check there!  If you haven’t received this email by noon tomorrow, please give the box office a ring on 01908 540020 and they will be able to sort you out.
Season Tickets are still for sale online and will always by the best price per game if you can commit to the Season overall.  If you need to collect your Season Ticket you can do so from 6pm onwards at Saturday’s game.
If you’re an away fan coming to visit, please choose a seat in Block 8
