The international contingent of the Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning roster for 2018-19 has expanded again with the signing of Georgs Golovkovs.  The 22 year old, 6’ 0” centreman signs for MKL from Liepaja in the top tier of Latvian hockey.
