Ross Green Testimonial – Save the Date

We’re delighted to announce that Ross Green, your number 21, and Alternate Captain will have his testimonial on 4th May 2024. Mark your calendars!

Ross, a 31-year-old from Chelmsford, England, began his career with Milton Keynes Storm before making a significant impact with the MK Lightning over 13 seasons!  

Ross was called up to play in the U18s and U20s for England, and with over a decade at MKL, Ross has become a core member of our hockey family, known for his solid defence, leadership skills, and ability to contribute offensively.

Ross is celebrated for his tenacity in shutting down opposing forwards.  His intelligence and consistency on the ice, coupled with his leadership, make him a cornerstone of our team.

His strong work ethic and a role model for younger players, Ross exemplifies what it means to play disciplined defensive hockey.

To date, Ross has played over 500 games for MKL. 

Last year, Ross recorded a personal record of 23 points for MK Lightning, displaying his prowess on both ends of the ice. With 4 goals and 19 assists over 56 games, his contributions were instrumental in the team’s performances throughout the season.

This remarkable record means we’re ecstatic to celebrate his career this season with a testimonial.
