If you have bought tickets from Planet Ice but have not yet received them please do the following:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk Email folders.  The ticket emails sometimes end up there
  2. To retrieve your tickets online, please go to https://iceaccount.co.uk/ice-card/
  3. On that page, enter your login details (which you used to buy your ticket) on the right hand side of the page
  4. Once your are logged in, your most recent ticket purchases can be found in the bottom left corner of the page under ‘Your Purchase History’
  5. You can then view your tickets in a browser and see the barcode.  Top tip: grab a screenshot on your phone and this can be scanned for entry
