It’s brilliant news that England have qualified for the next round of the World Cup, which means that England’s next game now clashes with our home fixture against the Swindon Wildcats next Saturday evening at 7pm.
We have been in talks with Planet Ice about the options for moving this fixture to an earlier face off time to avoid a clash, however this has not been possible due to another scheduled game at the rink before our ice slot.
We will continue our dialogue with the rink, the league, the referee section and will listen to fans to see if there’s anything we can do.
The MK Lightning fixture will go ahead as planned at 7pm on Saturday 10th December 2022.
The TVs in the bar will be showing the England match, and we will make sure the latest scores are announced by Peter when we know them to keep you up to date.
