Remembrance Day has always held a special place in the Milton Keynes Lightning season, and this year is no different. As a club, we proudly support the Royal British Legion, with incredible fundraising efforts led by the Milton Keynes Lightning Supporters Club.
This year, we will honour Remembrance Day at our game on Saturday, 9th November, against the Peterborough Phantoms. During this game, our team will wear commemorative jerseys, and we are pleased to welcome representatives from the Royal British Legion for a special presentation ceremony.
Our commemorative jersey is available for Own and Loan, Match night raffles, online raffles as well as a limited supply of 60 replicas (we’ve used all our favours on the Halloween jersey), with 50% of profits going to the Royal British Legion.
Own & Loan costs £150 per jersey. Jerseys will be worn in the game on the 9th November vs. Peterborough Phantoms, and then available for collection along with a photograph with your player the following week at the game on the 23rd November vs. Leeds Knights.

Replicas – orders are needed by midnight Saturday 26th October to arrive in time for the match (as collection only).

The MKL Supporters Club have secured a slot of 60 jerseys for the Remembrance shirt.
Once these 60 slots have been taken, you will not be able to buy the jersey again (we used up all our favours on the Halloween Jersey)
The replica shirts will go on sale at 7pm on Tuesday the 22nd October online, or you can order in person at the game on the 26th October.
All replicas orders must be received by midnight on Saturday 26th October.
