With the season drawing to a close Smith Recycling MK Lightning are offering supporters the chance to own a memento of our debut Elite League ice hockey season. For just £50 fans can own an authentic training jersey, worn several times each week in training sessions at Planet Ice, MK Arena.
Head Coach Pete Russell has led the 2017-18 MKL roster through on-ice training four mornings every week during the season – when players wear specially-designed jerseys. With ice hockey due to begin its summer break in the UK very soon, the training jerseys are now being offered to supporters.
You can see the design of the jerseys in this clip from when F1 star Valtteri Bottas recently joined the team for a training session.
To own one of these coveted items just email: firstname.lastname@example.org no earlier than 9.30am on Friday 16 March, stating the name of the Lightning player whose shirt you would like. Shirts will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
All the proceeds will be going direct to the club, meaning owning one of these jerseys means you’ve contributed to MK Lightning’s future!
Jerseys will be washed, signed by the player who wore it and then presented to its new owner at the end of the season.
Don’t miss out on your chance to own a piece of MK Lightning history!
When: Friday 16 March
