This is a free event and will be held on Sunday 29th Sept after the Solway game, in the bar at Planet Ice.
We have decided due to the limited capacity of the bar that this will be first come first served basis – please read the instructions carefully below on how to queue and gain entry.
After the game
The bar will be emptied by AIB Security after the game has finished, and the man of the match awards are presented.
If you wish to come to Meet the Players, you will need to form an orderly queue outside along the side of Planet Ice – see the photo below.
The start of the queue will start on the corner of the building and follow along the side, up towards the stairs and Morrisons.
Please queue single file please, to allow people to leave the area.
There will only be 140 spaces for this event, due to the capacity of the bar – and you will be counted in by AIB Security. Children are welcome, and do count towards the number of spaces.
You will enter the bar via the main stairs/ lift.
You will exit via the block 2 stairs during the event, and via the main stairs/ lift afterwards.
There will be no re-admittance to the bar for this event.
We expect the event to start approximately 30 minutes after the players have left the ice, for about an hour.
We will record the event and put this on our YouTube Channel during the week.
Players, coaches and off-ice staff will be introduced, followed by a Q&A session hosted by the fantastic Mike Walls. Once questions have finished, there will then be opportunities to get photos and signatures from the players.
