Saturday 28th April is sure to be a date to remember as SportsTraider hosts the first ever PuckAid at MK Arena! PuckAid is a charity Ice Hockey game raising money to help youngsters fulfil their sporting ambitions and for the Humboldt Broncos fund.

In a fantastic day of family friendly entertainment all for a worthy cause there’s live music, dancers, ice skating and even an Ice Hockey match to be contested! PuckAid will bring together Ice Hockey legends from the past and the stars of the present in an epic battle of North vs South game. But that’s not all there’s also a sledge ice hockey game to give you hockey fans even more ice hockey during the off season!

Sports Traider are a youth-focused charity offering youngsters the kit and support they need to discover and fulfil they’re sporting ambition and potential, whatever their background, ability or disability and were the first to establish a chain of charity shops in the UK to specialise in sports kit and equipment.

Their aim is to make clothing and sport equipment affordable to all, and at the same time generate a sustainable source of funding to help disadvantaged young people participate in sport.

28% of proceeds from the event will also go directly to the Humboldt Broncos Junior A team. The money raised will help the players and families affected.

More players and celebrities are committing every day…so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements via Twitter @Puckaid
