Introducing our Remembrance Day Commemorations
Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning together with the Supporters Club are delighted to share with you our plans to commemorate Remembrance Day 2019. On Saturday 9th November for the home game against Bracknell Bees, we will remember those who have fallen, pay our respects and support the Royal British Legion by wearing a special Remembrance jersey. It's been clear to everyone that Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning has been playing with a short bench recently, with a set of players missing through injury. Their recovery is going well, but we want to avoid as much as possible playing with a lower number of players as this increases the likelihood of injuries to those players through additional workload.
