Sam Talbot, a forward who played for Lightning in over 100 games over the past 2 seasons is moving on for the 23/24 season. Sam has been a formidable force on the ice, with an impressive 39 goals and 45 assists this season, Sam's contributions made a great offensive impact, tallying an impressive 84 points. Always an exciting player to watch, we wish Sam all the best for the future and thank him for everything he’s done in a Lightning jersey.

Sean Norris, played over 80 games in an MKL jersey. Last season he played 45 games, and had a knack for creating scoring opportunities. With 27 goals and an impressive 49 assists, Sean's 76 points were important for the team. Sean also made a great impact in the Elite league last year playing for the Belfast Giants and being selected for the GB squad. We wish him every success in the next step in his hockey journey.
