Milton Keynes Lightning  is thrilled to announce the re-signing of veteran defenceman Ross Green for his 13th season with the club. Ross, who recently celebrated his 500th game in an MKL jersey, will continue to contribute his exceptional skills and experience to the team's success in the upcoming season. Stylish Defenceman Ben Solder brings international experience to MK Lightning.

Milton Keynes Lightning is delighted to announce the signing of Ben Solder for the 2023/24 season. The stylish defenceman joins from Bristol Pitbulls where he spent the 2022/23 season, scoring 7 goals and 22 assists. At just 22 years old, Solder brings a wealth of experience having played junior hockey in Chelmsford and at the Ontario Hockey Academy. He has also represented Great Britain at both under 18 and under 20 levels. Thank you and goodbye: Deivids Sarkanis will not be returning to MK Lightning in the 23/24 season.

Deivids Sarkanis, appeared in 45 games, showcased his scoring touch and playmaking abilities on numerous occasions. With 34 goals and 39 assists, Deivids demonstrated his ability to make an impact on the ice.  He scored 73 points overall made him a valuable member of the team’s forward lines. Daniel Crowe, who appeared in 12 games for MK Lightning and provided a strong last line of defence for the Lightning this season is not returning for the 23/24 season.   Daniel's consistent performance and ability to make key saves resulted in  0.913 save percentage for the season.   We wish Dan every success in the next steps in his hockey career.
