Strategic Addition: Nathan Ripley Signs Two Way contract with MK Lightning

Milton Keynes Lightning is thrilled to announce a two way deal with the Coventry Blaze forward Nathan Ripley for the remainder of the 2023/24 season, completed before the league's deadline on January 31st, 2024.   Ripley currently competes in the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) with the Blaze where he will spend the majority of his time playing.  When he joins MKL, he brings a wealth of experience and skill. Pride Night at MK Lightning 2024

The Milton Keynes Lightning (MKL) Ice Hockey Team hosted a Pride Night on 27 January 2024, to support inclusion and diversity and in particular raise awareness of Pride and the LGBTQ+ community. This event aimed to create a welcoming atmosphere for individuals regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Attendees included drag performer Sandy Flaps, Q:Alliance, a local LGBTQ+ advocacy group, and Rocky Clark MBE, the 2014 England Rugby World Cup winner. Planet Ice NIHL National Division Finals Weekend 23/24 Tickets Go On Sale Next Week!

The season is reaching its exciting finale, and we're thrilled to announce that tickets for the Finals Weekend will go on sale next week. The event will take place at Coventry Skydome Arena, so mark your calendars for Saturday, April 27th, and Sunday, April 28th, 2024. We're eagerly anticipating a vibrant atmosphere and great attendance for this year’s Season Finale. Tickets are priced at £65 for adults, £50 for senior citizens, and £35 for children. NIHL National Cup 2023/24: Semi-Final Teams Announced

The NIHL National Cup 2023/24 is advancing to the semi-finals with four teams set to compete: Leeds Knights, Milton Keynes Lightning, Hull Seahawks, and Swindon Wildcats. Leeds Knights, finishing first in the qualifiers, chose Hull Seahawks as their semi-final opponents. The first leg of this match will be played in Hull, followed by the second leg in Leeds. The other semi-final will feature Milton Keynes Lightning against Swindon Wildcats, starting in Swindon before moving to Milton Keynes for the second leg. MKL Fans Helping the Homeless with the AIB Community Foundation

On Monday Aaron from All in Black and some AIB head office staff, together with Dave and Rebecca from the MKL Supporters Club had the pleasure of delivering the amazing donations from MK Lightning Fans, to Unity MK (formally the Winter night shelter).
