So many people and volunteers go into making MK Lightning what is it, not just the players and coaches......... it might be more than you think! Thank you all, week in week out, for coming to make our matchnights so good. We usually thank everyone who helps at the end of season awards night (we still will!)......... but we thought we'd get in early this year too, and keep a proper record. Lewis Christie Announces Retirement from Professional Hockey
After an illustrious career spanning over 16 years, Lewis Christie #66 is officially announcing his retirement from professional hockey. Christie, a stalwart defenceman for the Milton Keynes Lightning since 2008, has been a central figure in the team, epitomising leadership and dedication on and off the ice. Lewy will play his last home game on the 20th April 2024, MK Lightning vs Raiders.
