We have had some questions about Air the Bear given the clash with the England football match. Here’s what you need to know about Air the Bear 2022:

- Air the Bear will go ahead at the game on Saturday 10th December as planned
- We are delivering the bears to Childrens’ Ward at Milton Keynes Hospital on Friday 16th December and this is all arranged with the hospital hence we cannot move it
- If you are not coming to the match on the 10th and would still like to donate a bear, you have two options:
- 1) bring a bear to the match on the 22nd December (not thrown on the ice though) and we will arrange a second delivery or
- 2) Bring a bear to the rink before this weekends game and we will add it to the collection on Saturday
- Bears must be new with tags
- Bears must be sealed in a plastic bag
- Bears are thrown on the scoring of the first AIB MK Lightning goal
- If we don’t score (that never happens right) then Bears will be thrown onto the ice when the final buzzer goes at the end of the third period
