A year ago we were humbled by the generosity of MK Lightning fans when hundreds of bears were flung onto the ice after the first goal in our fixture against Sheffield Steeldogs.
In these difficult times it’s not possible for us to run our annual fantastic Air the Bear event at a game so we are offering two different ways to participate in our Virtual Air the Bear.
Donate to Willen Hospice
With a lot of charities struggling for fundraising opportunities at the moment, we have decided to give you, the MKL fans the option to make a donation to Willen Hospice.

Our team of dedicated staff and volunteers can give compassionate, specialist support to patients, and their family members, to help deal with, as they wish to, the physical and emotional effects of both their illness and treatments.

The other way to take part is by heading over to our online shop where you can buy one of our MKL Cuddly Friends. At the checkout, simply choose the delivery option to donate your bear and we’ll give it, and any profit we would have made on that bear to Milton Keynes Hospital Children’s Ward.
