We are delighted to announce a new ticket scanning system to enhance your entry to the rink to see MK Lightning play this season.
Before you get to the rink:
- Download tickets in advance
- Turn the brightness up on your phone
- Zoom into the QR code
Digital Season Ticket holders
- Log in before you get to the rink (the log in will last up to 1 hour)
- Take a screenshot (until Apple Wallet/ Google Pay is available)
At the rink:
Our new scanning system will clearly be able to identify your ticket on the Planet Ice System.
A valid ticket for the game will scan green.
If your ticket goes red, this can be for a number of reasons:
- The QR code has already been scanned for the game
- The QR code is for a different game
- The QR code is for a different venue
- The QR code doesn’t exist on the Planet Ice System
If your code goes red, you will be directed to the box office staff for assistance.
Our new scanning system will clearly display Green or Red when scanned.
To ensure a smooth entry, please purchase the correct ticket before the game or double-check your ticket type before arriving at the arena.
