If I’ve bought a Physical card – do I need to activate the Digital card?
Yes.
All games which are not part of the 29 ST games (27 league and 2 Pre-season) – will require you to buy these on the Planet Ice Website. You will only be able to purchase these if you have activated your Season Ticket with them.
This will include Semi-finals, finals, and playoff games – you will not be able to buy these without activating the ticket with Planet Ice.
Can I get the QR code without activating the Digital Season Ticket?
You can get the QR on your Physical card (if you bought one), but will NOT be able to purchase any extra games.
My link doesn’t work?

If you click on the page above – click on Profile at the top – it will make you log in and everything should be there.
I can only see 1 QR code when I swipe left and there are more people in my group?
You need to contact MKL using this form and tell us which booking names should be together.
