Milton Keynes Lightning Ice Hockey Club is thrilled to announce Warrior UK as its Official Equipment Partner for the upcoming 2023/24 season.
Headquartered in Warren, Michigan, Warrior Sports is renowned as a leading manufacturer of innovative, high-performance equipment, footwear, and apparel for lacrosse and hockey athletes of all ages and abilities. Established in 1992 by former champion lacrosse player David Morrow, Warrior Sports has solidified its position as a dominant force in the sports industry. The acquisition of Boston-based Brine Sporting Goods in 2007 further bolstered the brand’s influence in the lacrosse world.
As part of this exciting partnership, MK Lightning will wear brand new Warrior helmets and custom gloves (we’ll show you these soon), embodying the team’s spirit and determination both on and off the ice. With Warrior’s cutting-edge equipment, the players are poised to take their performance to new heights during the upcoming season.
Warrior will provide top-of-the-line on and off-ice equipment to enhance the performance of the MK Lightning team.
Andy Watkins, Equipment Manager for MK Lightning said of this partnership ”Warrior Hockey UK are the main suppliers to numerous teams within the Elite and NIHL leagues. The high quality, spec and choice of equipment available to us is critical to the success of Milton Keynes Lightning in our forthcoming season. Warrior Hockey’s UK supplier has portrayed to us the expertise, reliability and professionalism that has given us the confidence that this partnership will have a huge impact on our future successes.”

We are confident we offer a great product in Warrior and as a company we offer exceptional customer service so it is a great match to be working with such a professional club such as MKL. We are looking forward to seeing MKL on and off the ice in Warrior Equipment and hopefully this will help produce some great results during the 2023/24 season.”
