MK Lightning announces today that Ben Russell will not be returning for the 23/24 season.
Ben grew up in the MK Junior System, playing for Storm before moving to Canada, USA and then coming back to the UK and signing for Lightning, Manchester Phoenix, Peterborough, Streatham and then Milton Keynes Lightning again. He joined Lightning for the second time in 2019, playing a total of 128 games over 4 years in this period. Ben also played for the GB U18 and U20 teams.
