MORE PLAYERS CONFIRMED FOR LJ19 TESTIMONIAL

If it’s Tuesday then it must be time for more testimonial news – time for another exclusive reveal of more players who’ll be joining LEIGH JAMIESON to celebrate his testimonial on Saturday 20th August, in association with All In Black Group.

JORDAN HEDLEY
Jordan’s well known to many Lightning fans, having worked his way up through the ranks in Milton Keynes through the Storm, Thunder and eventually Lightning.  More recently he’s spent four seasons with the Elite League Coventry Blaze, and he earned a place with the Team GB Senior Men for their last two World Championship campaigns.

JAMES GRIFFIN
“There’s a Griffin in your way”, we hear our fans sing most match nights, with James having earned a reputation as an uncompromising D-man in seven seasons in our colours – and he’s recently signed for his eighth.  Did you know: Griff designed not only our Zeus logo but also the LJ19 logo for Jaimo’s big night!

SEAN NORRIS
It was hugely popular news when we announced Sean’s return for next season – and you can see him before the campaign gets underway at Jaimo’s testimonial! Sean worked his way though the youth system in Bracknell before two seasons in the Czech Republic.  On his return he spent time playing for Thunder, Slough and Basingstoke before signing for Lightning…and the rest is history!

SAM TALBOT
After only one season with the AIB MK Lightning, Sam made a big impression on fans, lighting the lamp 39 times, our second-highest goalscorer. He spent the majority of his junior career in the Swindon system, with a season in the Ontario U18 system.  On his return from Canada he spent some time working with MK Thunder, before moving onto Slough Jets then Basingstoke Bison before his blockbuster season in MK last year.
