Come and meet the team at Craft & Cleaver, THIS SATURDAY!
This coming Saturday the Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning invite supporters to join players and management after their home match against Cardiff Devils for an unmissable free social event!
Lightning’s opposition at 7pm on Saturday 10 November are the Cardiff Devils. Shortly after the full time buzzer, Head Coach Doug McKay and his team will hot-foot it to Craft & Cleaver at The Hub - just a 15 minute walk from the Planet Ice MK Arena. And, win or lose, they’ll be there to socialise with supporters, pose for pictures and add an autograph to all your MKL merchandise.
A relative newcomer to the MK leisure scene, Craft and Cleaver use imported wood-fired smokers to deliver melt-in-the-mouth tastes and a wide range of drinks including non-alcoholic cocktails. The restaurant is currently the very proud sponsor of Lightning #59, Eric Neiley.
So whether you’re a season ticket holder or buy tickets match-by match - a Gold club member or still to join the Supporters’ Club - a matchnight volunteer or fund-raiser - or a player or club sponsor - Coach McKay and his players invite you to join them this Saturday after the game, in the specially-reserved part of the bar set aside for MKL on the night!
Earlier that day if you’re out for lunch, stop by at Craft & Cleaver from midday onwards and pick up your tickets for our historic first ever fully-televised home match against the Glasgow Clan. The puck drops at 7.30pm Wednesday 14 November at Planet Ice MK and all adult tickets cost just £10 with child tickets only £5.
While you’re there, you can also buy tickets for our home game against local rivals the Coventry Blaze (5.15pm Sunday 18 November) at the special price of £15 for adults and £5 for children.
Saturday 10 November, midday onwards: discounted tickets on sale at Craft & Cleaver for MKL v Cardiff Devils and MKL v Coventry Blaze.
Saturday 10 November, 9.30pm onwards: join Doug McKay and the team at Craft & Cleaver for a meet and greet!
You’ll find Craft & Cleaver on Rillaton Walk at The Hub, behind Jury’s Inn hotel in Central Milton Keynes.
