Attend our televised game for a tenner!

With our very first fully televised Elite League fixture now just two weeks away, fans of the Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning can come to the fixture against Glasgow Clan on 14 November and pay just £10 per adult - saving 45 per cent on the usual full ticket price!

The current season has seen the start of fully televised matches thanks to the EIHL agreement with free-to-air satellite channel, FreeSports TV.  Every club will have one home match covered in its entirety for live broadcast.

Lightning history will be made at 7.30pm on Wednesday 14 November when we have our first ever fully televised home match!

The game broadcast from the Planet Ice MK Arena is a must-see match where Doug McKay’s young team faces a Glasgow Clan side led by former Lightning and current Great Britain Head Coach, Pete Russell.

The two sides met last weekend in an edge-of-the-seat affair where Lightning recovered from a four goal deficit, to eventually withdraw netminder Adam Goss in an attempt to draw level and force overtime.

That match sets up the visit of the Clan to Milton Keynes as a chance for the Lightning to exact their revenge in front of loud and proud home support - with hockey fans around the country watching on TV.

ALL adult and concession tickets will cost just £10 with children’s tickets only £5.

And there’s a special offer for junior hockey players in the MK hockey family:  players registered with the MK Storm junior hockey club can attend this game absolutely FREE!  Accompanying adults will pay the discounted price of £10 - and £2 from every adult ticket bought at the same time will go back to Storm, to help this important organisation grow and thrive.

So join us on Wednesday 14 November at the Planet Ice MK Arena and you might see YOUR face on the TV - be a part of this very special evening at a very special price!

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Arena box office, online at or call 01908 540020.
