Rhino returns for MK Lightning
The Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning are delighted to announce that Rhino Sports will continue as the club’s official jersey supplier for the next two seasons. As well as the players’ home, away, warm up, play off and charity jerseys, Rhino Sports will also continue to produce all replica jerseys for supporters.
The company has supplied MKL jerseys for the last 14 seasons and have been instrumental in providing designs which have gone on to become fan favourites, including the ‘Help for Heroes’ camouflage jersey.
A succession of eye-catching designs have enabled the Lightning to raise a significant amount of funding for club operations via their successful Own And Loan scheme every year.
Graham Moody, MK Lightning co-owner, said he looked forward to working with Rhino Sports for another season:
“I know Rhino have helped immensely over the years by supplying jerseys with a very quick turnaround when a new player has signed mid-season, allowing new arrivals to ice wearing their own jerseys sometimes just a day after arriving in the country.
“Thanks to Rhino, this season we can offer fans who join our Own And Loan scheme, the facility to buy a replica of their player’s jersey and that it’ll be available for them to wear at the first league match of the campaign.
“We know the jerseys the players wear on ice representing the Lightning brand, and the ones all our supporters wear, will be high quality items and we look forward to working with Rhino for another two seasons.”
The designs for the 2018-19 jerseys will be revealed later this week!
